Yoga during pregnancy can be a wonderful way to maintain strength and gentle activity to complement and adapt with the many changes your body encounters throughout the journey.
Relaxation and breathing techniques are an important part of pregnancy yoga, ensuring confidence in your ability to manage stress and familiarise with established breathing practices in preparation for labour.
Particular focus is given to strengthening the pelvic floor and surrounding muscles to help with the aches and pains that can crop up in pregnancy.
A 15 minute relaxation is included in all pregnancy classes to give you and your baby a small but delightful weekly time out.

We understand that pregnancy can offer a few surprises. If you are unable to complete your pre-paid block, contact us here and all pre-paid pregnancy classes with more than 48 hours notice will be refunded on request.
If you are unable to complete the booked course because of an arrival just simply contact us, you can choose a refund (for all remaining classes with over 48 hours notice) or to keep hold of the credit and join us again for Mother and Baby classes with your little one after your postnatal GP check (Link to Mother and Baby classes).
