Latitude Wellbeing offers a range of yoga, Pilates, massage and clinical physiotherapy assessments to provide a tailored individual approach for your goals.  The understanding of anatomy, injury prevention and rehabilitation that underpins physiotherapy means that whether you are just trying out a new hobby, setting yourself new challenges or recovering from illness and injury, Latitude Wellbeing is able to adjust a program or class to you.

 

 

 

ABOUT HAYLEY

As a Chartered Physiotherapist and Clinical Pilates Instructor Hayley has a wealth of experience in the impact that injury, illness and inactivity can have on a person’s health and wellbeing.   It was whilst recovering from her own injury however, that she discovered yoga. Inspired by the boost to strength, energy levels, and clarity after classes, Hayley trained as a yoga teacher to offer the same benefits to her patients.   

The further Hayley explored in both careers, the more similarities she discovered and Latitude Wellbeing was born, to create a dynamic blend of the philosophy of the East with the research background of the West.

Influenced by travels, teachers and peers, Hayley continues to develop an interest in yoga philosophy, breath and mindfulness practice and combines this with her physio background to create a holistic and inclusive approach to movement for all abilities, ages, and health conditions.  

When not on her mat, Hayley can be found working as a physio and loves travelling, singing, tai chi and drinking tea.

7:30 - 8:30 All Levels Vinyasa Flow Yoga

All St Barnabas classes are £12 to drop in or £60 for a 6 class pass

Very happy to say a huge thank you for all the support, donations and post sharing for our impromptu fundraiser for Grenfell Tower on 17th June.  Despite less than 24 hours notice we raised £105 for The K and C Foundation with yoga on the common and had a great social afternoon enjoying the weather too!    Thank you!!!
