why 1:1?

  • We always start with a full assessment by an experienced physiotherapist.

  • We listen to your goals and what you would like out of sessions

  • We are then able to safely guide you through a programme of strengthening exercise or flowing yoga,

  • Being 1:1 we are always there to correct you when you need it and progress you when you are ready!

1:1 yoga

Did you know, traditionally yoga was always taught 1:1?

Latitude Welbeing offer a range of yoga and meditation options so you can mix and match as you need.

  • Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Dynamic flowing yoga. It’s great fun, a cardio challenge suitable for all levels.

  • Restorative yoga - perfect for busy minds and tired bodies

  • Pregnancy Yoga - What better way to look after your changing body and growing bump than to regularly take some time for you!

  • Postnatal Yoga - Postnatal yoga can help you safely strengthen and return to exercise and can even include your baby in your sessions.

  • Meditation and Relaxation - Yoga and Meditation go hand in hand. We offer a range of guided meditation techniques that can be incorporated into your yoga session.

1:1 clinical pilates

Using all the principles and challenges of traditional Pilates such as core strength and alignment,

  • Clinical Pilates starts with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist.  

  • Here we establish a unique understanding of your body movements, strengths and weaknesses.  

  • A program of Pilates exercises are then created for you to keep practicing

  • Follow up sessions ensure you are practicing with no bad habits and progressing exercises as soon as you are ready

  • When you feel stronger and more confident with your technique you can keep progressing with further 1:1’s or find out more about our small group classes.
