At Latitude we know that feeling better is about more than just strengthening and lengthening.
We fully believe that a healthy body needs healthy movement and a healthy mind, so physio with us offers a combination of standard Physio, Yoga, Pilates, Relaxation, Meditation, Education and Peer Supported Exercise Classes.
We work with clients or all ages and all stages of injury or illness and tailor the approach to you! Whether you have a new diagnosis or need a bit of help getting back to your best, however far you feel down the line, we have a service or a class to support you!
We also offer home visits to fit around your schedule and save your energy for the things that really matter!
