Do I need to stay for Savasana (Yoga relaxation at the end of class)

  • Savasana is the culmination of all the hard work of the class resulting in a delightful few minutes of clear head space and relaxation.

  • Traditionally this after effect is a truly vital part of the yoga practice

  • However, if savasana is not for you, or you need to head off early you are of course welcome to.  We simply ask that you don’t disturb your fellow class members on the way.

What time should I arrive?

  • Due to the nature of the classes we ask that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the start of the class time to ensure you find a suitable space and set up mats and props ready to start.
