where to start?

There are lots of ways you can get started with mindfulness and discover how it fits into your daily life. There are many free apps and resources online for you to explore. You can dip your toe in with one of our free Introduction to Mindfulness webinars (1 hour), dive a little deeper with our 4 hour live online Foundations of Mindfulness course, or fully immerse yourself with one of our workshops, courses or retreats.

retreats

Retreats are an old staple of mindfulness practice. There’s no better way to explore mindfulness and relaxation than by immersing yourself in a retreat. At Latitude Wellbeing we offer a range of mindfulness and yoga retreats for you to explore the practices a little deeper.

The 8-week MBSR course is the most widely-researched and evidence-based approach to learning the foundations of mindfulness. Taking place over 8 weeks, each two hour session introduces new concepts and builds on the last, supporting you to develop new patterns of thinking that fit into your home and work life too.


1:1

If courses don’t work for you right now, but you still want to know what all this mindfulness is all about, 1:1 sessions are the perfect option! With an individual session we work together to cover the same learning, practices and ideas but times and content can be worked around you and your needs.

Corporate Wellbeing

A happy and healthy workforce has been shown time and time again to create greater productivity, lower sickness and absence rates and improved staff retention. With the world throwing a few extra stressors in most peoples paths right now, workplace wellbeing programmes are one evidence based way to support your team through tough times.


mindfulness cafe

If you’ve got an idea of what mindfulness is all about, but you could do with an opportunity to keep practicing, then we created our Mindfulness Cafe’s just for you! Once a month we meet (currently via zoom) to practice meditations, discuss any questions about mindfulness in every day life and importantly meet others asking the same things!
