A unique approach to rehabilitation.
Rehab is so much more than strengthening and lengthening. It is about how you access and coordinate your muscles through daily movements. It is about progressing back to the things you used to do with ease and feeling comfortable in your body again.
Using a combination of physiotherapy, clinical pilates and yoga Latitude Wellbeing are able to tailor a movement programme that strengthens and improves muscle balance whilst simultaneously working on alignment, breath and body awareness to reduce apprehension and build confidence in your body and 3D movement.
What we offer
A 60 minute physiotherapy assessment to establish your personal goals and work through any concerns you may have. We will then assess your alignment, movement and strength before creating a personalised exercise programme incorporating yoga, pilates and relaxation techniques depending on your needs.
Many clients then choose to book ongoing 1:1 sessions where each week we create a new guided flow of exercises according to your progress, needs & goals.
Alternatively, once you feel confident again you are welcome to join us in any of our regular classes.
