Clinical pilates

Using all the principles and challenges of traditional Pilates such as core strength and alignment,

  • Clinical Pilates starts with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist.  

  • Here we establish a unique understanding of your body movements, strengths and weaknesses.  

  • A program of Pilates exercises are then created for you to practice

  • Follow up sessions ensure you are practicing with no bad habits and progressing exercises as soon as you are ready

  • When you feel stronger and more confident with your technique you can keep progressing with further 1:1’s or small group classes.
