Clinical Pilates starts with a 1:1 assessment with a physiotherapist.
Here we establish a unique understanding of your body movements, strengths and weaknesses.
A program of Pilates exercises are then created for you to practice
Follow up sessions ensure you are practicing with no bad habits and progressing exercises as soon as you are ready
When you feel stronger and more confident with your technique you can keep progressing with further 1:1’s or small group classes.
