Retreats are a traditional way to experience mindfulness meditation practices. With longer sessions than a standard class, retreats create an opportunity to immerse yourself in a practice and remain in that feeling, undisturbed by the normal hustle and bustle of daily life.

These live online retreats explore a variety of longer guided mindfulness practices over either two and a half hours or a full day in the comfort of your own home.
