What’s Included

This free Introduction explores the basic principles of mindfulness, why it can be such a powerful tool for stress management and how it fits into every day life.

We take the time to experience some simple meditation practices and leave space for open discussion for any questions you may have on starting your mindfulness journey.

  • A free taster to get an idea of what mindfulness is and how it can help you manage the stressful situations in your life.

  • Experience simple mindfulness practices in the comfort of your own home.

  • There will be opportunity to take part in open group discussion on any experiences or questions you may have on your mindfulness practice.

How It Works

  • This online Introduction will take place live on Zoom.

  • Both the teacher and all participants will be live and able to engage throughout the sessions.

  • Please note there is a minimum required number for all courses to go ahead. In the unlikely event that your chosen date needs to be postponed due to numbers, you will be given the option of alternative dates or a full refund.

What You Need

  • You will need access to a computer for the duration of the sessions with webcam and microphone functions.

  • Please download the free Zoom app for ease of entering the sessions. An invitation to your sessions will be sent out in your welcome pack.

  • You will need a stable internet connection and wherever possible a private space where you are unlikely to be disturbed throughout your session.

Hayley has over 15 years of clinical experience working in physiotherapy and completed a Masters in Neuropsychology before becoming a yoga and Mindfulness instructor. She has been practicing mindfulness for more than 10 years and is fascinated by the ability we all have to get the best out of our brains.

In all aspects of Hayley’s work, she aims to arm clients with a better understanding of how their bodies and minds work and empower them to develop resilience and make the best choices for their wellbeing.
