Pregnancy conditioning
Pregnancy can be a busy time, tying up work, planning changes and preparing for birth, its easy to understand that we sometimes forget how it important it is to prepare our bodies and minds.
If set classes don't fit into the schedule just now, why not try a home visit. Explore strengthening, pelvic control, balance and movement patterns as your body changes and prepare your mind with breath work, relaxation and the option of meditation.
Small groups are always an option, if you have a couple of friends who would like to join the class we can arrange a venue and time to suit you all.

What better way to recover your strength, fitness and bond with your baby than a physio-led postnatal yoga or Pilates class in the comfort of your own home.
The beauty of a 1:1 is that you can have full control over the class and its goals whether they are shaping up, regaining pelvic control or simply taking some time not to have to think.
Sessions can be adapted with or without your little one, whichever serves you best each session.
If you have a friend or two who would like to join you a small group can also be a great option.
